If the design conditions permit, the larger the design, the larger the line width, the better the factory, the higher the yield. The general design is usually around 10mil. This is very important and the design must be considered.


2. Minimum line spacing: 6 mil (0.153 mm). The minimum line spacing is the line to line. The line to pad distance is not less than 6 mil. From the production point of view, the bigger the better, generally 10 mils. Of course, if the design is conditional, the bigger the better, the more important, the design Be sure to consider it.


3. Line to profile line spacing 0.508mm (20mil).


二、 via through hole (commonly known as conductive hole)


1. Minimum aperture: 0.3mm (12mil).


2. The minimum via (VIA) aperture is not less than 0.3mm (12mil), the pad side can not be less than 6mil (0.153mm), preferably greater than 8mil (0.2mm) is not limited, this point is very important, the design must be consider.


3. Via (VIA) hole to hole spacing (hole edge to hole edge) should not be less than 6 mils, preferably greater than 8 mils. This is very important and the design must be considered.


4. The pad to outline line spacing is 0.508mm (20mil).


三、 the PAD pad (known as the plug hole (PTH))


1. The size of the plug hole depends on your component, but it must be larger than the component pin. It is recommended to be greater than 0.2mm. That is to say, the component pins of 0.6, you must design at least 0.8, in order to prevent machining tolerances and make it difficult to insert.


2. Plug hole (PTH) The outer ring of the pad should not be less than 0.2mm (8mil). Of course, the bigger the better, this point is very important, the design must be considered.


3. Insert hole (PTH) The hole to hole pitch (hole side to hole side) should not be less than 0.3mm. Of course, the bigger the better, this is very important, the design must be considered.


4. Pad to outline spacing 0.508mm (20mil)

四、 anti-welding


The plug hole opens the window, and the SMD window cannot be smaller than 0.1mm (4mil).


五、 characters (character design, directly affects production, whether the characters are clear or not, character design is very relevant).


The character word width should not be less than 0.153mm (6mil), the word height should not be less than 0.811mm (32mil), and the width to height ratio is preferably 5. That is to say, the word width is 0.2mm and the word height is 1mm.


六、 non-metallized slot


The minimum spacing of the slots is not less than 1.6mm, otherwise the difficulty of milling will be greatly increased.


七、 imposition


1. Imposition is divided into gapless imposition and gap imposition, the gap between the imposition of the gap imposition is not less than 1.6 (thickness of 1.6) mm, otherwise it will greatly increase the difficulty of milling the size of the imitation work board depending on the equipment is not the same, The gap of the gapless imposition is about 0.5mm, and the process side is generally 5mm.


2. The size of the imposition V-cut direction must be greater than 8cm, because the V cut of less than 8cm will fall into the machine, the width of the V-cut must be less than 32cm, and the width will be less than the V-cut machine. Production process restrictions are not something we can't do.


3.V cut can only take a straight line, due to the shape of the board, it can not go straight, you can add spacing to make stamp hole bridge connection, related matters needing attention.
